Children’s Day Celebration at the “Gruzopodem” Plant

Last weekend, the plant hosted a Children’s Day celebration for employees’ kids. One of the most memorable moments was the guided tour of the production shop. The parents themselves led it: they showed where and how they work, let the children sit in a crane cab, and explained the machines, tools, and real factory operations. For many of the children, it was their first live—and very personal—glimpse into mom’s or dad’s profession.

On the outdoor area, animators and a face-painting artist worked with the kids, and various games and creative activities were held. Nearby, there was an exhibition of children’s drawings depicting their parents’ professions. A gift table was also set up—every child could choose a small prize for participating, smiling, and showing great spirit.

The celebration turned out to be truly heartfelt, with attention to detail and respect for family values. We thank everyone who helped organize the event and our young guests—for their sincerity, curiosity, and genuine emotions.
