Crane beams

The "Gruzopodyem" plant has been manufacturing and supplying crane beams to enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries for more than 10 years. Grane beams, as a rule, are called single-girger overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 10.0 tons. When making them, our company is guided by the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment" and other applicable regulatory documents.

We produce crane beams with electric and manual drive, with a support and suspension structure.

Main characteristics of the manufactured crane beams:

Designed for lifting and moving cargo weighing up to 16.0 tons
They consist of a span (made of an I-beam or box-section beams) and 2 or more end bogies. When the crane-beam is equipped with an electric drive, the bogies are equipped with gear motors that drive the crane-beam in motion
The power supply to the electric cranes is carried out by default by means of an electric cable Electric crane control. It is possible to install the "radio control" option for easy operation
The mechanism for lifting and moving the load is a hoist (tal), which moves along the span of the crane. The load-handling body is a hook suspension suspended on a rope rope
Depending on the operating conditions, it is recommended to connect certain options that increase the convenience and safety of working with the equipment
They are widely used in industrial enterprises to perform repair, loading and unloading operations and other purposes
