Special-purpose jib cranes

In order to fully ensure an uninterrupted technological process when performing non-standard production tasks, there is a need for special lifting equipment – special-purpose jib cranes. Their production is carried out by our company. This equipment can be operated in difficult conditions, where it is impossible to use standard lifting devices – overhead or jib cranes of classic designs. The production takes place according to individual projects to order.

Special-purpose jib crane includes:

1. Two-arm cantilever crane
The equipment is suitable for performing specific operations, such as lifting and moving cargo into openings, through various types of barriers. It can be manufactured only with a manual drive for turning the boom with a load capacity of up to 0.5 tons. The main console has a rotation angle of up to 360 degrees, the auxiliary-up to 180 degrees.

2. Double-pole crane
The equipment is suitable for use in a small production shop. It is adapted for use in confined spaces and is characterized by high performance due to the presence of two consoles. This advantage allows you to serve two production areas at once. The rotation of its arrows is possible by 180 degrees.

3. Cantilever wall mounted mobile crane
In contrast to the classic design of wall cranes, the mobile version has a fixed boom, can move along the crane tracks and handle heavier loads.

4. Cantilever crane for lifting small vessels (yachts)
This model is ordered for lifting and moving small vessels. An additional console and synchronous operation of the hoists allows you to make a reliable capture of the vessel.

5. Floor-wall cantilever crane
The equipment is characterized by increased stability. It is achieved by double mounting – to the load-bearing wall or column and to the floor. This allows you to install an extended console or a telescopic retractable section on the crane.

6. Floor-ceiling cantilever crane
The equipment is suitable for installation away from load-bearing walls in the absence of load-bearing columns. Double mounting of its own load-bearing support - to the floor and ceiling, provides the crane with increased stability and allows you to use a boom with a 12-meter span for lifting and moving loads.
