Pillar jib cranes

Our company manufactures pillar jib cranes with an electric and manual drive for turning the boom with a load capacity of up to 16.0 tons. The cranes on the column can be operated in an enclosed space and in an open space. We are one of the leaders in terms of production of this type of equipment in Russia.

The main characteristics of the manufactured pillar jib cranes:

• It is used for lifting and moving any cargo weighing up to 16.0 tons
• It is an arrow on a column with a lifting mechanism attached to it, rotating around its axis at an angle of up to 360 degrees
• It is mounted on a concrete foundation by means of a support flange and anchor bolts
• The crane consists of a console (boom), a column, a gear motor (in the case of an electric drive for turning the boom), an electric or manual hoist
• The electric crane is controlled by a 6-button cable remote control with an emergency stop button. It is possible to install a radio control option for comfortable remote control. Turning the boom of hand cranes is carried out by means of a drawbar, lifting, lowering the load either manually or with the help of an electric mobile hoist and a control panel
• The mechanism for lifting and moving the load is a hoist (tal), which moves along the boom of the crane
• To increase the reliability, security, and convenience of operation, we recommend installing additional options. The manager will select the optimal set recommended for working in various operating conditions
• The advantage of jib cranes over overhead cranes is the convenience of working in a limited working area, ease of installation, no need to provide crane tracks
• Jib cranes are often used for operation on the street, outside the premises, which increases the scope of their application.

The plant "Gruzopodyem" manufactures cranes on a column in accordance with the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment" in the general industrial version of the equipment and in accordance with the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union 012/2011 "On the safety of equipment for working in explosive environments" in the explosion-proof version.
