Wall jib cranes

The wall crane with manual slewing KKR1 or with electric slewing drive KKM5 is designed for mechanization of work on lifting and moving various loads. It can be used both indoors (placement category U3) and outdoors (placement category U1 and U2) at ambient temperatures from -20°C to +40°C (on request from -40°C). The wall crane is used in conditions of limited room height, when freestanding lifting structures can occupy the working space. Operating mode of the crane with manual drive - A2 according to ISO 4301/1, with electric drive - A4 according to ISO 4301/1.

The main characteristics of the manufactured wall jib cranes:

• it used for lifting and moving any cargo weighing up to 3.2 tons
• it is an arrow that rotates around its axis at an angle of up to 180 degrees, with a set of fasteners
• the mechanism for lifting and moving the load is a hoist (tal), which moves along the boom of the crane
• it is attached directly to the supporting column or to the wall of the room using anchor bolts
• the electric crane is controlled by a 6-button cable remote control with an emergency stop button. It is possible to install the radio control option for remote operation with the crane. Turning the boom of hand cranes is carried out by means of a drawbar. Lifting and lowering of the load takes place either manually or with the help of an electric mobile hoist and a control panel
• to increase the reliability, safety, and convenience of operation when operating the crane in various conditions, it is recommended to install additional options
• the advantage of jib cranes over overhead cranes is the convenience of working in a limited working area, ease of installation, no need to provide crane tracks

Wall jib cranes are attached directly to the load-bearing columns or to the load-bearing walls that can withstand the load that a loaded crane gives. Below are the ways to attach the crane:

Such cranes provide lifting of the load and its movement in the horizontal plane at an angle of no more than 180°, which is due to the approach of the boom to the column on which it is placed.
